Shipping Information
Please note: Due to high demand, delivery may take up to 7 working days. We appreciate your patience and promise it's worth the wait.
UK Delivery
We currently ship to UK addresses only. International shipping is coming soon.
- Orders dispatched within 1–3 working days
- Delivery 3–7 working days from dispatch
- Free shipping on all orders over £50
- All orders sent via Royal Mail or tracked courier
How Your Fabric is Sent
Every order is cut fresh to your exact measurements and sent as one continuous piece. Order 3 metres and you'll receive a single 3-metre length — never pieced together.
Packaging
Your fabric is carefully folded and packaged to arrive in perfect condition.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipping

Returns & Refunds
Please note: All fabric is cut to order. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to change of mind once fabric has been cut.
When Can I Get a Refund?
We will always make it right if:
- Your fabric arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong fabric or colour
- Items are missing from your order
How to Request a Refund
Email us at shop.veratex@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Please Note
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- We may ask you to return the item before processing a refund
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours
