Returns Policy
Last updated 18 June 2026. This policy explains when returns, refunds, or replacements are available for Veratex Fabrics orders.
Summary
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, wrong, or missing.
- Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Cut-to-order fabric cannot be returned for change of mind once it has been cut.
Cut-to-order fabric
Fabric is cut fresh to your requested length and supplied as one continuous piece wherever possible. Because cut fabric is made to your measurements, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once the fabric has been cut.
When a refund or replacement is available
We will put things right if:
- Your fabric arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong fabric, colour, or length
- Items are missing from your order
How to request a return or refund
Email shop.veratex@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant. We aim to reply within 1–2 working days.
If we need the item returned before a refund or replacement is processed, we will confirm the return instructions by email.
Refund timeframes and costs
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
- If the return is due to our error, we will confirm any return postage arrangements by email.
