Please note: All fabric is cut to order. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to change of mind once fabric has been cut.

When Can I Get a Refund?

We will always make it right if:

• Your fabric arrives damaged or defective
• You received the wrong fabric or colour
• Items are missing from your order

How to Request a Refund

Email us at shop.veratex@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Please Note

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• We may ask you to return the item before processing a refund
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours
