Shipping policy

Every order is cut by hand to order and checked before it leaves us, then sent in one continuous length.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 5 working days. You'll receive an email with tracking once it's on its way.

UK delivery

• Free UK delivery on all orders over £50.
• For UK orders under £50, delivery is calculated by weight at checkout.
• Sent on a tracked service.

EU delivery

We ship to all EU countries. Delivery is calculated by weight at checkout. Since Brexit, parcels sent from the UK to the EU may have import VAT added when they arrive, and the courier may charge a small handling fee. These are collected by your country's customs and the courier, not by us, and are paid on delivery.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the UK and the EU only.
