Refund policy

We want you to love what you make. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

Cut-to-order fabric

Because fabric is cut by hand specifically for your order, it is exempt from the standard 14-day distance-selling cancellation right and cannot be returned for change of mind. We recommend ordering a sample first if you're unsure on colour or feel.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your fabric arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund.

Clothing

Ready-to-wear pieces can be returned within 14 days, unworn and with tags attached. Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Digital designs

Seamless design downloads are non-refundable once the file has been accessed, due to their digital nature.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. To start a return, email shop.veratex@outlook.com with your order number.
